To begin, I will schedule an onboarding call with you so we can discuss your needs and how the S2S program might best serve you. If we’re a good fit to work together, we will connect over online coaching calls each week so you can raise any questions or concerns, and I can provide you with practical solutions in real time.

Every week, we will progress through the different micro-stages of my program. As your knowledge and understanding expand, you will implement the steps incrementally and work towards making your business vision a reality.
Module 1: You, Your Client and Your Offer
Uncover the impact you are here to create and the unique talents that will contribute towards bringing your vision to life.
We delve deep into how you can best serve your clients and why it matters.
We focus on helping you step up into the mindset of a CEO, and uncover a deeper level of self awareness.
You will learn who your audience is, what your audience needs and how you can refine your offer.
Module 2: Mastering your Message
We unpack your target audience to help you answer critical questions that will determine your ability to create leverage and grow.
I will share strategies to help you undertake social listening, in order to gain deeper insights into the way you communicate your message.
We will look at your current marketing messaging and critically evaluate.
Module 3: Website Workhorse
We take a deep dive into your website if you have one and identify opportunities for increasing results.
You will learn the best practice with regards to website performance objectives, conversion and user experience.
We create a strategy to utilise your website for lead generation and collection.
Module 4: Monetisation Plan
The fourth module focuses on how you get your offer in front of the right people.
We formulate the3 most effective way to get potential clients into your ecosphere and how we move them up the ‘value ladder’.
You will analyse your current marketing vehicles (email, blog posts, ads etc.) to see how we can improve.
We will design a plan to create a leveraged, scalable system of marketing, sales and delivery.
Module 5: Build Your Audience
In this module, we will unpack your visibility. I will analyse your current audience building activities and audit your social media presence.
You will learn how to leverage other vehicles such as podcasts to increase visibility.
Module 6: Simple Sales
The main purpose of this module is to firstly help you create visibility to new audiences, secondly, create a pathway to sales and finally, close sales.
We map out a simple sales funnel that builds trust, authority and credibility.
You will learn critical sales skills, such as framing, closing the gap better, language and asking for the sale.
Module 7: Automate, Delegate, Create
In this module we learn how to identify the areas that can be systemised and use tools to help create simple systems.
You will learn how to identify the best areas to outsource and the process to find qualified candidates.
We will also learn how to integrate AI into your workflows so that tasks can be streamlined.
Module 8: Leverage and Grow
We are going to explore the 3 main leverage points to help you create leverage and grow.
You will learn other ways to grow with JV partners and media exposure.
